uStoq

Terms of Service

These terms cover use of uStoq, a wholesale marketplace for businesses, operated from Arizona, USA.

Last updated October 24, 2026

Who may use uStoq

uStoq is for businesses, not personal shoppers. A vendor or retailer account is subject to manual approval. We may refuse an application that does not look like a real business. One login is one business. Approval can be reconsidered, and it can be withdrawn.

Vendor responsibilities

A vendor is responsible for its own listings: the description, the price, the stock, and the sizes or colors offered. List only goods you can sell. When you accept an order, you are responsible for fulfilling it, including packing and handing it to a carrier. You set payment terms with the retailer and you collect that payment yourself.

Retailer responsibilities

A retailer is responsible for the accuracy of its account and ship-to addresses, and for the orders it places. Pay the vendor on the terms you stated at checkout. Do not order stock you are not authorized to buy for the business.

uStoq is not a party to the sale

uStoq provides the venue. It is not the seller, not the buyer, not the carrier, and not a party to any sale between a vendor and a retailer. Title to the goods never passes through uStoq. Quality, fit, damage, shortage, delay, and every other problem with the goods or the shipment are between the vendor and the retailer. uStoq does not process, hold, or guarantee payment for merchandise.

Listing a line is not a promise that anyone will buy it. uStoq does not set prices, markets, or trends.

Vendor subscription

Retailers are not charged a subscription. Vendors pay a monthly fee for access to the platform. The fee is not a charge for the goods.

A new vendor starts with a 7-day trial. The first 50 approved vendors who stay current pay $50 a month. Every vendor after that pays $100 a month. If the fee goes unpaid for 5 business days, the line locks. Coming back after a lock is $100 a month, and a $50 founding rate does not return.

A vendor may cancel anytime by emailing support@ustoq.com. Cancellation stops the next month. uStoq does not refund a partial month already started. Access follows the period already paid.

Acceptable use

Use uStoq for lawful wholesale between businesses. Do not post false account details, list goods you cannot legally sell, scrape another vendor’s prices, interfere with the service, or try to see orders or catalogs outside your own trade and your own account.

Suspension

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account, including for a failed review, fraud, theft of payment, nonpayment of the vendor fee, or a breach of these terms. A suspended or closed account cannot buy or sell until the desk reinstates it. We will give the reason on the account when we close it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, uStoq is not liable for the goods, the shipment, a payment between a vendor and a retailer, or lost profits. If we are found liable for the platform itself, that liability is limited to the subscription fees that vendor paid uStoq in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if none were paid.

Arizona law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about these terms are brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
