Privacy Policy

When you apply, sign in, list goods, or place an order, we collect the name of the person on the account, the legal business name, email, phone, and business address. We also collect the trade you register, and any resale or other trade details you give us so we can tell a real business from a personal shopper.

Vendors add product data: names, prices, stock, photos, and the rest of a listing. Retailers add order data: what they asked to buy, from which vendor, the ship-to address, and the payment preference they stated. Subscription records for a vendor’s platform fee are kept on that vendor’s account.

We use this information to run accounts, review applications, connect a vendor’s catalog with retailers in the same trade, send order slips so an order can be filled, bill vendors for platform access, and answer support requests. We do not use it to advertise unrelated products to you.

A retailer sees catalogs only in the trade they registered. A vendor does not see other vendors’ prices. A vendor sees the lines bought from their own catalog, and the retailer who bought them, so that order can be filled. Retailers do not see what other retailers are buying.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share an account’s contact details or order history with another business except as needed to complete that business’s own order, to collect the vendor subscription, or when the law requires it.

We use service providers to host the site, deliver email, and, when a vendor subscription is collected by a payment processor, to take that payment. They handle only what they need for that work and may not use it for their own marketing. Payment for the goods themselves is between the vendor and the retailer. uStoq does not hold that money.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. It is a session cookie for your login, not an advertising cookie. If you block it, you will have to sign in again on the next visit.

You may ask for a copy of the personal information on your account, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@ustoq.com. We will respond to a request from the email on the account. We may keep records we still need for accounting, security, an open order, or a legal claim, and we will tell you if we do.
